Coworkers
My coworkers are as it seems quite discontent with the general work environment down at the office. Apparently a whole bunch of them feel that they don’t have enough influence and similar stuff in same sense. It was a few weeks that the personnel department announced that they were doing a study on workplace relations and the employee’s views on the same. A couple of days later they put some sort of online survey tool up on the company’s intranet. Everyone was asked to participate. And a couple of days ago the results came in. For some reason more than half of the staff were displeased with something. The most common complaint was that it’s supposedly next to impossible go get you voice heard about anything. I do most definitely not agree. I don’t have problem with anything at all actually. Maybe I’m better than most at getting my opinions across. Maybe I’m blind to injustices perpetrated against my coworkers. I don’t know. It’s interesting though that people can have so completely different view on the same things.
